We have an amazing team that includes top talent from around the world. Our remote workflow allows us to bring the most qualified talent to the table for any given project. Whether you need a print ad or commercial, a sales video or mobile application, an on-line game, a spectaclar live-event or a multi-disiplinary interactive campaign, a documentary or feature length film, our people are the ones you should be turning to. We deliver digital products that harness social media's enormous power to begin conversations with stakeholders, sales teams, your customers and consumers effectively and with measurable results.
This is where we get to know your brand. Our goal is to get a thorough understanding of your business and your business objectives: this includes learning about your brand, your goals, your story, and your vision for the company. We’ll also nail down the piece’s final usage requirements, budget, timeline, and other parameters.
Imagelab will give you an initial proposal which lays out our overall vision, along with a detailed budget and a timeline for the project. We’ll confirm the content and the messages that the video or event must include. We’ll go over the proposal with you and answer any questions you have, and make adjustments as needed.
After we get your sign-off on the proposal and quote, we’ll begin to get really creative. We’ll look at different and unique creative ideas that will tell your story. We’ll look at your company like no one ever has, and find new, dynamic ways to make your message move, grab your audiences attention and get them to respond.
Once we get your sign-off on the most effective creative direction for your video production, our writers will begin to create scripts. We will work closly with your marketing teams to ensure that the audience is hearing your brands own unique message.
At this point in the process, you will have a good idea of what you should expect and have approved the overall direction. Production is fast paced and we will need you to approve our choices often throughout the process. We meet online, where we can easily get together to approve elements at each stage.
Pre-production for a live event or video shoot entails a lot of internal prep and planning on our part, including: logistics, certifications and insurance, art direction, casting talent and voice-over artists if needed, location scouting and securing, preparing shoot schedules, travel planning, and often a lot more. We'll need your valuable input every step of the way.
This is where all that hard work we did in the pre-production phase pays off. It’s also the fun part, where we get to implement all that we've been planning. We set up, and go, shoot, and finish your live event or video -- with none of the production problems of less experienced crews.
You will be with us every step of the way too! We'll need you right next us on production days to make creative choices, budgetary decisions and do it all while your sipping on latte.
Since we shoot all our our events, once shooting is over, we edit the footage and finalize the video. This part of the process may include: editorial, motion-graphic design, visual effects or animation, audio design and sound mix, voice-over recording, additional writing, and color correction. We meet online periodically throughout the process to review the work and give you the opportunity to approve the work at each stage. This is crucial, since we want you to be delighted with the final product and we want you to be a huge part of its success.
We provide you with a finished master video of the final project. If your new video is ready to get working for you, we can begin to seed the web with it, by pushing it out through your social media communities.
Once your video is out working for you, we begin the process tracking, measuring and reporting your consumer engagement. We make it so easy all you have to do is log into a custom analytics page that we design for you to meet your specific needs, whenever it is convenient for you.
Think about developing 3 versions of a targeted campaign, one for each of three separate market segments. That seems like a lot of work. Now think about every customer as a defined segment. I don’t know of one marketing communications department that could handle that type of load. Digital has provided a definitive shift in the expectations of what customers expect and how they want to be communicated with. Marketers are struggling to keep up. It’s one thing to customize content for a single digital channel, like Facebook, but there are typically dozens of Facebook pages, dozens or more blogs, Twitter, YouTube, etc. The possibilities are endless.
What we have learned is that people will tell you one thing and act very differently. That is in direct contrast to how companies have set up their systems and tactics for communicating effectively. Now, segmentation involves grouping plus behavior. Understanding this, would you respond to a tweet with a link to a general website or a link with a specific product along with purchase options that are available for a week. That is custom, on-the-fly content that is not pre-packaged nor is it easy to syndicate at scale.
We will work closely with you to develop an understanding of what you need. We will develop with you, a content management system that works for your unique content requirements.
"We worked together on a project for GM while I was at Digitas. I had a simple idea and a conservative budget. My simple idea became a very engaging story beautifully executed. They took my 200k budget and delivered a finished piece that should have cost twice as much. The list of minor miracles they pulled off is too long to list. They are real creative partners that I will work with again and again."
